By understanding how your hormones shift throughout each phase and how that makes you feel, you can make informed decisions to optimize your training, recovery, and nutrition to work with your body, not against it.
Plan for long days in the mountains in a way that supports your hormones at that time. Anticipate metabolic changes during the luteal phase, so you’re well fueled for adventure. Train your hardest during the tail end of the follicular phase.
