About Me

I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, TRX coach, and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Minor in Dance from Santa Clara University in 2013. I have a focus in female athletics that identifies the unique structural, hormonal, and physiological differences that affect female performance and nutrition across their lifecycles.

As a climber, cyclist, trail runner, and backcountry skier, I understand the demands of mountain athletics first hand. My personal experiences have translated into my passion for helping athletes build the strength and resilience needed to go further and longer in the mountains.

Whether I’m on the wall, the trail, or the mat, I’m driven by a belief that movement should feel aligned, empowering, and adaptable to life’s many stages. My mission is to help others connect to their bodies in meaningful ways—through training that supports strength, resilience, and joy in movement.

In my off time you can find me adventuring with my dog, Ritter, working on my latest art project, or reading a book down by the lake.

My Vision

My Vision for Women’s Fitness: Aligned, Empowered, Evolving

My approach to female fitness is rooted in the belief that women deserve more than a one-size-fits-all training program. Women’s bodies are powerful, dynamic, and constantly evolving—through monthly hormonal cycles, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, perimenopause, and beyond. True fitness honors that rhythm.

Aligned Training with the Female Body

By understanding your unique hormonal cycle, we can adjust your workouts to match your energy levels, mood, and recovery needs throughout the month. Every woman is unique, with some of us needing more consideration (and some less…) during higher hormone phases.

Fitness That Evolves With Life

From adolescence to motherhood, through perimenopause and every phase in between, my training philosophy adapts with you. Life changes—so should your training. I provide education, support, and a training framework that grows with your body and lifestyle, so fitness remains sustainable, supportive, and empowering at every age.

The Mission

My mission is to help women build strength to continue doing what they love in the outdoors —not just physically, but mentally and emotionally—by giving them the tools, understanding, and personalized support they deserve. This is about creating lasting, respectful change through fitness that feels aligned and powerful.
