FALLON COX
ACE CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
TRX CERTIFIED COACH
About Me
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, TRX coach, and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts Minor in Dance from Santa Clara University in 2013. My personal training background includes my private practice primarily training female clients, as well as time at a foundation where I had the fortune of training quadriplegic and paraplegic athletes to reengage in sport. In addition to 1 on 1 and small group training, I also teach group fitness classes and workshops focused on strength & conditioning, core stability, and joint health. My personal focus is in female athletics, identifying the unique structural, hormonal, and physiological differences that affect female performance across their lifecycles.
As a climber, cyclist, trail runner, and backcountry skier, I understand the demands of mountain athletics first hand. My personal experiences have translated into my passion for helping athletes build the strength and resilience needed to go further and longer in the mountains. I’m driven by a belief that movement should not only feel fun, but meet you wherever you are at in your life’s’ journey.
In my off time you can find me adventuring with my dog, Ritter, working on my latest art project, building my garden, or reading a book somewhere cozy.
My Vision
My Vision for Women’s Fitness: Aligned, Empowered, Evolving
My approach to female fitness is rooted in the belief that women deserve more than a one-size-fits-all training program. Women’s bodies are powerful, dynamic, and constantly evolving—your strength training should be a reflection of that.
Aligned Training with the Female Body
Every woman is unique, with some of us needing more consideration (and some less…) during changing hormone phases. By tuning into your body, we can adjust your workouts to match your energy levels, mood, and recovery needs throughout the month.
Fitness That Evolves With Life
From adolescence to motherhood, through perimenopause and every phase in between, my training philosophy adapts with you. Life changes—so should your training.
The Mission
My mission is to help women build strength to continue doing what they love —not just physically, but mentally and emotionally—by giving them the tools, understanding, and personalized support they deserve. This is about creating lasting, respectful change through fitness that feels aligned with your goals and lifestyle.
