My approach is grounded in establishing movement health as your primary foundation. That means building strong movement patterns that align with the function and range of each joint, and breaking down compensations and asymmetries before adding intensity. Once that foundation exists, we challenge movement by adding resistance, complexity, and dynamics to build strength in all planes of motion.
